The time limits set down for various process of certifications as per Rule 41 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 are as follows :-

You are requested not to call any officer over phone or mobile. For knowing the status of the film you may log in to your account using your login id and password. If any technical difficulty / clarification required regarding certification of the film may be sent through e-mail only (ceocbfcmumbai[at]gmail[dot]com / cbfcsupport[at]nsdl[dot]co[dot]in) or contact helpdesk No. 022-40904653.

Producers may also kindly note that if any person approaches you with an offer to expedite your certification work through his/her contacts with CBFC officials in return for a favour, the same may immediately be reported to the Chairman/ CEO. CBFC positively discourages any person, other than an employee of the production house to participate at any stage of the certification process.
